2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our concierge team at info@innessainternational.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and items purchased during clearance sales are non-refundable.
